Your well-being matters
College can be tough, but you鈥檙e not alone. The Student Well-Being Office supports your mental, physical, and emotional health, helping you stay connected, meet basic needs, and find balance.
As part of the JED Campus program, we strengthen mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention efforts.
At FLC, there鈥檚 no wrong way to ask for help鈥攚hether you're stressed, facing personal challenges, or just need to talk. We鈥檙e here to make sure you feel supported, empowered, and ready to grow. We're building a community of care around you.
Run by students, for students. We鈥檙e breaking down the stigma around food and housing insecurity鈥攅veryone deserves support.
Join a no-judgment space to ask questions, learn from peers, and help strengthen our campus community. This student-led program focuses on well-being, peer support, sexual health, and more.
FLC promotes a culture of care through trainings like QPR and You Can Help a Student, empowering our community to recognize signs of distress, support one another, and connect peers to resources.
We're here to keep our community safe and inclusive. Have a concern?
